“Pa Sak River Conservancyr” Project
To conserve resource, environment and collaborating to protect the ecosystem of the Pasak River that driven by the comprehensive interdependence of the Crop Integration Business, Rice, Transportation, and service Group connected to the Pasak River which spanning of Lopburi, Saraburi, and Ayutthaya. This initiative generates diverse livelihoods and cultures. These are aligned with the 3 benefits of Charoen Pokphand Group and in line with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. These all represent a collective effort among Wat Samagun, the Department of Local Administration, the Department of Fisheries, local communities in Pasak River, and CSR SPIRIT volunteers. The collaborative activities include releasing fish species such as thai carp fish and black ear catfish into Pasak River with a total of 60,000 fish marking the 3 consecutive years of this initiative.
Objectives are as follows:
- To conserve natural resources and the environment in Phasak River along with enhancing freshwater and fish species in Phasak River. That all affects a balanced ecosystem.
- To promote collaboration between communities and organizations for mutual societal development.
- To foster a sense of public spirit, instill an understanding of the value of using natural resources and the environment wisely.
